Assumption of administrative responsibility for American trademark cases.

  • Consultation on trademarks.
  • Review, research and follow-up with respect to trademark monitoring reports.
  • Correspondence with junior trademark applicants or cyber squatters.
  • Initial and anteriority research – drafting of reports on trademark searches.
  • Filing and follow-up on trademark registration.
  • Participation in the drafting and negotiation of trademark co-existence agreements.
  • Correspondence with the USPTO.
  • Filing of trademark files.
  • Management of invoicing with accounting.
  • Development and updating of a trademark database (data and background entry).
